Managed by Polish Cable Railways (PKL), the resort in Szczawnica is located on the slopes of the Palenica (722 m a.s.l.) and Szafranówka (742 m a.s.l.) mountains. Skiers have at their disposal several slopes, of which, due to their length, piste 1 and 4 deserve attention. Skiers will be taken to the top of the Palenica by a detachable quad chairlift built by Doppelmayr in 2005. From January 2016, the resort is included in the Tatry-Ski ski pass, under which skiers on a shared ski pass can use the slopes, among others Białka Tatrzańska, Jurgów, Kluszkowców and Bachledova in Slovakia.
