Swiss ski resort located in the Bernese Alps, in the canton of Obwalden. The resort is dominated by the Titlis peak (3,238 m a.s.l.), covered by the glacier of the same name. The main town-accommodation facility is the nearby Engelberg, famous for annual ski jumping World Cup competition. Titlis-Engelberg offers rather more difficult slopes, and their location on the north face guarantees excellent, yet harsh conditions.
